I coach individuals with a curiosity to explore their life's challenges so that they act and move through life's waters with a sense of ease and peace. This means that I’m not here to tell you what to do. I have specific coaching tools I involve in our sessions so that you can make reflections, decisions and choices that are true to you.

I connect with those who are searching for a way forward that they haven't been able to find on their own.

I am your co-seeker.

I hold a unique space for you to navigate to where your essential self and inner wisdom want to go.

I am a Certified Wayfinder Life Coach. My coaching method honors one's safety and authentic self. I am grateful to have experienced and learned from industry leaders including Dr Martha Beck.

For nearly 20 years my career was in a different but relatable industry as a dog behavior specialist in private practice. In that career, I supported individuals and families that often came to me in crisis about their family dog. I discovered my talent for connecting with people. For every client I have worked with, it was the shift in the human that was the most effective training tool. That connection has led to thousands of happy dogs, happy homes...and happy people.
